you also can't have multiple mods with sims hair textures enabled at once. so you can either: a. simply disable the custom hair texture mod in question. b. wear hairs that should not be affected by the sims hair textures - so, if the hair replaces hair PC, or hair E, you will want to wear a hair that replaces hair G, hair K, hair M, or hair 047
The thing is when I checked "Manage Add-on", I can see all DLCs are installed. Then I gave up on my old save and start a new game. The new game also doesn't have DLCs at all. I know because in Haven, you can see Black Emporium on the world map but there's no Black Emporium. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and performed app recovery yet
